World’s Best Nutritionals & Organics, Inc. (“WBNO,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates this website and online store (the “Services”), which run on the Shopify platform. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you visit, use, purchase from, or otherwise interact with the Services.

 

If this Privacy Policy conflicts with our Terms of Service as to the collection, processing, and disclosure of personal information, this Privacy Policy controls.

1) What We Collect 

Personal information” means information that identifies or can reasonably be linked to you. It does not include de-identified or aggregated data. 

We may collect the following categories (depending on how you interact with us and as allowed by law):

  • Identifiers & Contact Details: name, email, phone, billing/shipping address.
  • Commercial Data: items viewed, cart/wishlist activity, purchases, returns, exchanges, subscription status and cadence.
  • Payment Data: card type, tokenized card details, transaction info (processed by our payment processor/Shopify—WBNO does not store full card numbers).
  • Account Data: login credentials, preferences, settings.
  • Device/Network Data: IP address, device and browser type, operating system, network identifiers.
  • Usage Data: activity logs, page views, clickstream, time stamps, referral URLs, and related analytics.
  • Communications: customer support messages and other correspondence.

  • Shopify (Platform Host): to operate and improve the Services; Shopify may also process personal information to power certain enhanced features across merchants.
  • Service Providers: payment processors, fraud tools, customer support, fulfillment/3PL and shipping, cloud storage, analytics, and marketing tools—under contracts restricting their use of the data.
  • Business & Marketing Partners: to deliver ads/measurement where permitted; they must use information per their policies and applicable law (see your opt-out rights below).
  • Affiliates / Corporate Group: for internal operations consistent with this Policy.
  • Legal/Compliance: to comply with law, lawful requests, or to protect rights, safety, and security; in connection with corporate transactions (merger, acquisition, financing, or restructuring).
  • At Your Direction/With Consent: such as social logins, sharing features, or shipping to third-party addresses you provide.

 

WBNO does not sell customer personal information for money. Where certain targeted advertising or analytics uses may be deemed a “sale” or “share” under state law, you can opt out (see Section 8).

 

5) Cookies, Analytics, and Targeted Ads

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the site, remember preferences, analyze performance, prevent fraud, and personalize content/ads. You can manage cookies at the browser/device level (some features may not work without them).

  • Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information (where applicable): WBNO does not use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics.
  • Non-Discrimination: we will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
  • Authorized Agents & Appeals: you may use an authorized agent as permitted by law; some states grant a right to appeal our decision on your request.

 

How to Exercise: email privacy@worldsbestnutritionals.com (or use any method we make available in your account). We may need to verify your identity and request additional information to process your request. If you use an authorized agent, we may require proof of authorization and also verify your identity directly.

 

Marketing Opt-Outs:

You can opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in our messages. We may still send transactional messages about your orders, account, or policy updates.

 

9) Data Retention

We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy—such as operating the Services, completing transactions (including pre-sale fulfillment), complying with legal obligations, resolving disputes, and enforcing agreements—after which we delete or de-identify it consistent with our retention schedule and applicable law.

The Services are hosted on Shopify. Shopify collects and processes personal information about your interaction with our store (and other merchants using Shopify) to provide, secure, and improve its platform and features.
