  1. Overview

Welcome to World’s Best Nutritionals & Organics, Inc. (“WBNO,” “we,” “us,” or

“our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and online store, which operates on the Shopify platform. By accessing or purchasing from our site, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

Pre-Sale Notice:

Certain WBNO products are sold as pre-orders during our limited launch.

Bundle Product Shipping is projected before February 28, 2026. The Daily Nutritional Supplement Product Shipping is projected before May 30, 2026. Logistics timelines may affect delivery windows.

WBNO complies with all applicable federal and state consumer-protection laws, including those of California and New York, which provide additional rights regarding refunds, subscriptions, and privacy.

2. Accounts and Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority in your state or territory to make purchases. All information you provide—billing, payment, and shipping—must be accurate and current.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity occurring under your account.

3. Products and Packaging

Images and mockups on our site are for illustration only.

Because WBNO products are offered during a pre-sale phase, final packaging or labeling may differ from the images shown. Such refinements are made only to improve product quality, safety, or compliance standards. WBNO may change or discontinue any product without notice.

4. Orders, Pre-Orders, and Subscriptions

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. World’s Best Nutritionals & Organics, Inc. (“WBNO”) reserves the right to accept, reject, or cancel any order at its discretion for compliance, fraud-prevention, or operational reasons.

4.1 Bundle Promotion – Pre-Order Subscription

Pre-Order & Payment

• Payments are processed immediately at checkout to confirm your reservation.

• Pre-order shipments are projected to start before February 28, 2026.

• If a material delay occurs, customers will be notified and offered the option of a full refund.

Subscription & Billing

• Customers may select:

  • 1-Month bundle: 60-capsule bundle at US $199.95, billed every 1 month;

or

  • o3-Month (quarterly) bundle: 180-capsule bundle at US $429.95, billed every 3 months.

• Your first order is charged at checkout.

• Future charges occur automatically only after the initial order ships, based on the selected billing cycle.

• Promotional pricing is locked in while the subscription remains active.

 

4.2 Daily Nutritional Supplement (DNS) Presale Promotion – Subscription

Pricing

• Recommended Retail Price (RRP): US $299.95

• Presale Promotional Price: US $249.95 while the presale promotion is live Subscription & Billing

• The DNS Promotion is a monthly subscription.

• Billing occurs monthly on a recurring basis until cancelled.

• There is no lock-in period, no minimum term, and no cancellation fees.

Shipping

• DNS promotional orders are projected to start shipping before May 30, 2026.

• Subsequent subscription orders will be paused and not charged until the first order has shipped.

Pausing

• Customers may pause their DNS subscription for up to three (3) months while retaining the discounted promotional price.

Cancellation

• Customers may cancel their subscription at any time through their Shopify account dashboard or by emailing orders@worldsbestnutritionals.com

• Cancellation is effective immediately for future charges.

4.3 Subscriptions – General Terms

• Your first order is charged at checkout.

• Future payments occur automatically based on your selected billing schedule.

• WBNO provides a simple and immediate cancellation mechanism, compliant with applicable U.S. automatic-renewal laws.

• If a cancelled subscription is later reactivated, it will be billed at the then-current retail price, unless otherwise stated in an active promotion.

Cancellation & Changes

• Customers may cancel their subscription at any time through their Shopify account dashboard or by emailing orders@worldsbestnutritionals.com before the next billing date.

• Customers may pause their subscription for a cumulative maximum of three (3) months during the life of the presale order.

  • Pauses may be taken in one-month increments or as a single three-month pause.
  • No subscription charges will occur during any pause period.

• Customers may purchase multiple bundles per order or subscription.

• If a customer cancels before the Bundle Promotion has shipped, WBNO will issue a full refund.

• Customers enrolled in the Bundle Promotion may cancel their bundle subscription and switch to the Daily Nutritional Supplement (DNS) Promotion at any time.

• Once a subscription is cancelled, the customer permanently forfeits eligibility for presale or promotional pricing. Any future orders or subscriptions will be billed at the then-current retail price (RRP).

4.4 One-Time Purchases

• One-time (non-recurring) purchases if offered, are billed at standard RRP.

4.5 Regulatory Compliance

WBNO operates in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations, including those administered by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and the Federal Trade Commission (FTC). All products are marketed and sold in compliance with applicable labeling, advertising, and consumer protection requirements. Nothing in these Terms is intended to permit conduct that would violate applicable law.

 

5. Pricing and Promotions

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and exclude taxes, shipping, and import duties unless stated otherwise.

Promotional pricing is available only for active recurring subscriptions. WBNO will give at least 5 days’ notice before changing any active recurring price.

Prices and promotions may change or end without notice.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier receives the goods. WBNO is not responsible for carrier delays, customs clearance, or events outside its control.

If WBNO cannot ship within the promised time frame, we will notify you and offer the option to cancel for a full refund in compliance with the FTC Mail, Internet or Telephone Order Rule (16 CFR Part 435) and corresponding state laws, including California B&P Code §17538 and New York GBL §396-AA.

7. Health and Content Disclaimers

Statements about WBNO products have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA).

Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. WBNO makes no health, medical or therapeutic claims in any marketing or advertising. 

Any customer or founder testimonials reflect personal opinions only and do not represent WBNO’s official position. Information on our website is for general informational purposes only and should not replace advice from a qualified healthcare professional.

8. Intellectual Property and Acceptable Use

All text, graphics, designs, images, and trademarks on this site belong to WBNO or its licensors and are protected by U.S. and international law.

You may use our site for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Reproduction, modification, or redistribution without written consent is prohibited.

You may not use the site in any unlawful way, interfere with its operation, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data.

9. Relationship with Shopify

WBNO’s store is powered by Shopify. All sales are between you and WBNO directly. Shopify is not responsible for product quality, fulfillment, or refund obligations. You expressly release Shopify from any related claims.

10. Warranty, Limitation of Liability, and Indemnification

Disclaimer of Warranties:

Except as expressly stated by WBNO, all products and services are provided “as is” and “as available.” No implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for purpose, or non-infringement apply beyond those required by state law.

Limitation of Liability:

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WBNO and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages—including lost profits, data, or savings— arising from use of our services or products.

WBNO’s total liability for all claims will not exceed the purchase price you paid for the affected product.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for gross negligence, fraud, or willful misconduct, or for rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable state law (including California Civil Code §1792 and New York GBL §349).

Indemnification:

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WBNO, Shopify, and their affiliates from losses or claims arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Services, except to the extent caused by WBNO’s own gross negligence or willful misconduct.

11. Privacy and Data Rights

WBNO respects your privacy and complies with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), the New York SHIELD Act, and other state data-protection laws.

You have the right to:

• Request access to or deletion of your personal information;

• Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal data (WBNO does not sell customer data);

• Receive notice of any material privacy policy changes.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, with additional mandatory consumer protections preserved under California and New York law. Any dispute arising out of these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts of Cook County, Illinois, unless a different forum is required by your home-state consumer-protection statute. Both parties consent to jurisdiction in those courts.

13. Updates to These Terms

WBNO may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on our website. If we make material changes, we will provide prior notice by email or through our website. Continued use of WBNO’s services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

• Price-Lock: The promotional rate applies only to active DNS subscriptions. Once cancelled, eligibility for the presale promotional price is permanently forfeited; any future subscription will be billed at the then-current RRP.

• One-Off Orders: One-time (non-recurring) purchases are not available for the DNS Promotion.

• Flexible Cancellation & Pause: Customers are not locked into any fixed term and may cancel at any time before their next billing date by email.
