World's Best Nutritionals & Organics - Return & Refund Policy

This Return & Refund Policy applies to purchases made on the World’s Best Nutritionals & Organics, Inc. (“WBNO”) website/store. It is designed to align with our Terms of Service (including pre-sale and subscription terms). If there is a conflict, the Terms of Service control.

 

1) Standard 30-Day Returns (Unopened Items)

  • You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
  • Eligibility: Item must be unopened, unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition received. Proof of purchase required.
  • Hygiene/Ingestible products: For safety, opened or unsealed dietary supplements are not returnable unless defective, damaged, or we shipped the wrong item.

 

2) How to Start a Return (RMA Required)

  • Email orders@worldsbestnutritionals.com with your order ID and reason for return before sending anything back.
  • If approved, we’ll issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) with the return address and instructions.
  • Packages without an RMA may be rejected.

 

Return shipping costs:

  • WBNO error/defective/damaged/wrong item: WBNO provides a prepaid label or reimburses reasonable return shipping.
  • Change of mind/other reasons: Customer pays return shipping.

 

3) Damages, Defects, or Wrong Item

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 30 days if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will repair, replace, or refund as appropriate after evaluation.

 

4) Pre-Sale Orders (FTC Compliance)

  • Pre-sale cancellation: You may cancel any unshipped pre-order by emailing orders@worldsbestnutritionals.com with your order ID.
  • Fulfillment date: Pre-orders are expected to begin shipping January 2026 and be delivered no later than February 27, 2026 (may arrive earlier).
  • If we cannot ship by the stated date: We will notify you and offer a full refund consistent with the FTC Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Rule (16 CFR Part 435) and applicable state laws (including CA/NY).

 

5) Subscriptions, Promotions & Returns

  • Cancel anytime: You may cancel a subscription before the next billing date.
  • Promotional pricing: Promo rates apply only to active recurring subscriptions.
  • If you cancel: You lose the promotional pre-sale discount; any future reactivation bills at current RRP (as stated in the TOS).
  • Returning subscription items: Returns are permitted under the same conditions in Section 1. Refunds for partial shipments follow Section 7 below.

 

6) Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened/unsealed ingestible supplements (unless defective, damaged, or wrong item).
  • Perishables unrelated to our core supplement line, customized/personalized goods, hazardous/flammable materials, and gift cards.
  • Sale/clearance items marked final sale are non-returnable unless defective, damaged, or wrong item.

7) Refunds (Method & Timing)

  • Once we receive your returned product, our World's Best customer service team will inspect it. As soon as the return is approved, your refund will be processed within 1 business day and automatically issued to your original payment method. 

 

Deductions (if applicable):

  • If an item is returned used/opened (contrary to Section 1), missing components, or otherwise not in original condition, we may deny the return or issue a partial refund.
  • Original outbound shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to WBNO error/defect.

 

 

 

 

 

8) Exchanges

For the fastest service, submit a return (Section 2). Once approved and refunded, place a new order. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we’ll replace it per Section 3.

 

9) European Union Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

For orders shipped into the EU, consumers may cancel most distance-sale contracts within 14 days of delivery without providing a reason. Items must be unused, unopened/sealed, and in original packaging; proof of purchase required. Some products (e.g., unsealed ingestibles) may be exempt under local law.

 

10) State-Specific Disclosures (All States, Including CA & NY)

  • This policy is intended to comply with applicable U.S. federal and state consumer laws, including California and New York.
  • Nothing herein limits any non-waivable consumer rights you may have under your state’s law.
