This Cancellation Policy forms part of World’s Best Nutritionals & Organics, Inc. (“WBNO,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) Terms of Service and applies to all subscription and pre-sale purchases made through our online store.

 

1. Subscription Orders

When you subscribe, you’ll be charged upfront for your first order at checkout.

Subsequent billing occurs automatically after your first order is shipped, according to your selected bundle frequency:

  • Monthly (60-capsule supply) – billed every 1 month
  • Quarterly (180-capsule supply) – billed every 3 months

 

Billing continues indefinitely at your locked-in promotional rate as long as your subscription remains active.

  • You are not locked into any fixed term and may cancel at any time before your next billing date.
  • Upon cancellation, all future shipments will be stopped, and your promotional pre-sale rate will end.
  • If you choose to reactivate later, your order will be charged at the current regular retail price (RRP).
  • Cancellation is simple: Customers may cancel their subscription at any time by login to our website and do so at customer profile dashboard or by emailing orders@worldsbestnutritionals.com.

 

WBNO’s subscription model complies with all applicable state automatic-renewal and subscription laws, including those of California and New York, which require clear disclosures and easy, immediate cancellation methods.

 

2. Pre-Sale Orders

All WBNO Pre-Sale orders are advance pre-orders scheduled to begin shipping in January 2026 and to be delivered by February 27, 2026 (may arrive earlier).

You’ll receive confirmation when your order ships.

  • If unforeseen manufacturing or logistics delays occur, WBNO will notify you promptly.
  • If shipment cannot occur by the stated fulfillment date, you’ll be offered the option to cancel for a full refund, consistent with the FTC Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Rule (16 CFR Part 435).
  • You may also cancel any unshipped pre-order at any time before fulfillment by emailing orders@worldsbestnutritionals.com with your order details.

 

3. Refunds

Refunds are issued in accordance with:

  • The FTC Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Rule (16 CFR Part 435), and
  • WBNO’s Pre-Sale Promotion Terms, Return & Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy.

 

If you cancel before your order ships, or if WBNO cannot fulfill your order within the stated time frame, a prompt refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Refund processing typically occurs within 10 business days of approval, although your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post funds.

 

4. General Conditions

  • This policy does not affect your statutory rights under U.S. federal or state law.
  • WBNO reserves the right to modify or discontinue promotional pricing or product offerings at any time, in accordance with our Terms of Service.
  • For safety and regulatory reasons, opened or used dietary supplements cannot be returned unless defective or damaged (see our Return & Refund Policy).
