At World’s Best Nutritionals & Organics, Inc. (“WBNO,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), we are committed to ensuring a transparent and reliable shipping experience for every customer. This Shipping Policy explains how and when we ship orders, including pre-orders placed during our limited pre-sale launch period.
This Policy forms part of WBNO’s Terms of Service and should be read together with our Return & Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.
1. Pre-Sale & Fulfillment Timeline
WBNO is currently fulfilling orders from our Pre-Sale Promotion beginning October 31, 2025.
- Shipping Commencement: Bundle Pre-sale orders are expected to begin shipping in January 2026. Daily Nutritional Supplement Pre-sales order are expected to begin shipping in March 2026
- Delivery Window: All Bundle pre-sale orders are projected to be delivered no later than May 31, 2026. All Daily Nutritional Supplement pre-sales order are projected to be delivered no later than May 31, 2026.
- Early Fulfillment: Depending on your location and logistics schedules, your order may ship or arrive earlier.
- Delay Notification: If manufacturing or logistics delays occur, we will notify you promptly and, if shipment cannot occur by the fulfillment date, offer you a full refund in accordance with the FTC Mail, Internet or Telephone Order Rule (16 CFR Part 435) and relevant state laws (including CA and NY).
Once regular inventory is available, in-stock orders typically ship within 2–5 business days of order confirmation, unless otherwise stated at checkout.
2. Shipping Methods & Carriers
We partner with trusted national and international carriers, including UPS, FedEx, DHL, and USPS, depending on your delivery location.
- Domestic (U.S.) Orders: Typically deliver within 3–7 business days after dispatch.
- International Orders: Delivery times vary by destination and customs procedures, generally 7–21 business days.
- Tracking: Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and estimated delivery date.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order total, weight, and destination.
- Pre-Sale Orders: Shipping rates are displayed at checkout before payment confirmation.
- Free Shipping Offers: From time to time, WBNO may provide free or promotional shipping; any such offers will be clearly stated and automatically applied where eligible.
- Taxes, Duties & Customs:
- Orders shipped outside the U.S. may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the destination country.
- These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in WBNO’s prices or shipping charges.
3A. Free Shipping Promotion
WBNO may periodically offer promotional free shipping on qualifying orders.
Eligibility
Free shipping applies when:
- Two (2) or more products are purchased in the same order,
- The order total is at least USD $398, and
- The products are shipped to the same delivery address.
The promotion applies to both domestic (United States) and international orders, subject to carrier availability and shipping restrictions.
Promotion Period
- The Free Shipping Promotion is valid beginning January 24, 2026 and will remain active until formally closed by WBNO.
- WBNO reserves the right to modify or discontinue the promotion at any time, provided such changes do not affect orders already confirmed.
Subscription Orders
If a qualifying order is placed through a subscription purchase:
- Free shipping applies only while the subscription remains active and uninterrupted.
- If a customer cancels the subscription and the promotion has since closed, the customer will not be eligible to regain the free shipping promotion upon reactivation.
Limitations
Free shipping applies only to standard shipping services selected by WBNO and does not include customs duties, import taxes, or government-imposed fees for international orders, which remain the responsibility of the customer.
4. Ownership, Risk & Delivery
Title and risk of loss transfer to the customer when the order is delivered to the carrier. WBNO is not responsible for:
- Delays or losses caused by the carrier, customs authorities, or events beyond our control (weather, strikes, natural disasters, etc.);
- Packages marked “delivered” by the carrier but not received (in such cases, contact the carrier directly to initiate a claim).
We always assist customers in good faith to resolve any delivery issues, including helping file carrier claims if necessary.
5. Address Accuracy & Delivery Attempts
Please confirm your shipping details before checkout.
- WBNO is not responsible for inaccurate delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
- If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for re-shipment costs.
- Orders refused upon delivery may be treated as returned merchandise, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
6. Subscription Orders
For recurring subscriptions:
- Shipments follow your chosen delivery frequency (monthly or every 3 months).
- Billing and shipping cycles are processed automatically until you cancel.
- You may cancel at any time before your next billing date by contacting orders@worldsbestnutritionals.com.
- Canceling ends your promotional pre-sale discount; future reactivations are billed at the current retail price (RRP).
If a subscription order is delayed or affected by a backorder, you will be notified in advance and provided the option to pause, cancel, or receive a refund.
7. Backorders or Out-of-Stock Items
If a product becomes temporarily unavailable:
- We will contact you with the expected restock or delivery timeframe.
- You may choose to wait for restock, exchange for another product, or receive a full refund for the affected item.
8. International Restrictions
Due to regulatory requirements, WBNO may not ship to certain countries or regions. We will inform you during checkout if your destination is restricted.
Customers are responsible for ensuring imported products comply with their country’s customs and health regulations.
9. Order Changes or Cancellations
- You may request changes or cancellations before the order is processed by emailing orders@worldsbestnutritionals.com.
- Once an order is fulfilled or shipped, it cannot be modified.
- Pre-sale orders may be canceled any time before shipment for a full refund.
10. Undeliverable or Lost Packages
If your package is lost in transit or shows no tracking updates after 15 business days (domestic) or 30 business days (international), please contact us at orders@worldsbestnutritionals.com.
We will investigate with the carrier and, where applicable, provide a replacement or refund in accordance with our policies and carrier rules.
